This is a two-date, special edition Zumba class to fill in for our usual Pound class times. Both classes will be held in Meeting Room A @ BPL. This class is free and open to the public.
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. It incorporates interval training to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
