Zumba is held every Thursday at 6 pm. It is held outside at Unity Square when the temperature is between 55° and 95°. Class is held in Mtg Rm A @ BPL when it is colder than 55° or hotter than 95° or if it is raining. This class is free and open to the public.
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. It incorporates interval training to help improve cardiovascular fitness. Please bring your own water bottle.
