Join Yoga with Ashley N. for a fluid sequence-style class where mindful movement and breath are linked to move energy in the body. Refresh and restore your body and mind! This class is free, for all levels, and every body is welcome!
Bring a mat, if you have one. A limited number of yoga mats are available for use during class.
*Please note, if you bring your infant or toddler to a fitness class, we ask that you please bring a playpen and that the child remains in the playpen during class for the safety of the child and the participants.
