Dance ‘N Define w/ Tarah is on Wednesdays at 6 pm. It is held outside at Unity Square when the temperature is between 65° and 95°. Class is held in Mtg Rm A @ BPL when it is colder than 65° or hotter than 95° or if it is raining. Check BPL Facebook page for class location changes due to weather. This class is free and open to the public.
This fitness program incorporates a mixture of dance, core work, and lightweight/full body toning.
