Zumba is held every Thursday at 6 PM. If the weather is nice, it will be held at Unity Square. On extreme hot or cold days or if weather is inclement, Zumba will be held in Meeting Room A @ BPL. Always check BPL social media for any class location change. This class is free and open to the public.
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. It incorporates interval training to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
**Consult with a physician before attending any fitness class.** All first-time participants must sign a participant waiver.
