
Foam Roll & Stretch w/ Ashley B. is back with a new schedule! Join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 5:15 pm in Meeting Room A @ BPL for this FREE class! Foam Roll & Stretch will help relieve muscle tension, improve mobility and flexibility, improve blood flow, and relieve stress.
All fitness equipment (exercise mat, foam roller, and ball) is provided. You are welcome to bring your own mat and a water bottle. This class is free and open to the public. No registration is required.
