Jason Hall will expose some of the most common myths and misunderstandings that you find in the health and fitness industry such as “no pain, no gain.” With the internet and so many “Gurus” and quick fixes out there, it’s easy to be persuaded to follow misinformation or to know what’s true and what’s not. Jason will help you sift through the dirt and highlight how some of these myths can actually be harmful and he’ll uncover the real truth in order to help you exercise in a safe and effective way!
