Join us for a new fitness class on Tuesdays @ 5:15 pm in Meeting Room A @ BPL! Foam Roll & Stretch w/ Ashley helps relieve muscle tension, improves mobility and flexibility, reduces the risk of injury, improves blood flow, and relieves stress. This class complements and will improve your yoga practice and body awareness.
All fitness equipment (exercise mat, foam roller, and ball) is provided. Please bring your water bottle. This class is free and open to the public.
