In this presentation, Tyler will detail how specific exercises and muscles can be trained to improve your ability to perform activities at home such as gardening, playing with children or grandchildren, or carrying groceries. He’ll provide insight into how to set up a group of exercises that will translate to you moving better, feeling stronger, and performing at a higher level.
