A little wire, a few simple tools, and some brightly colored beads are all you need to start creating your own intriguing fashion statements! In simple terms, wire wrapping is taking wire and wrapping it around itself and/or over beads and other components to create jewelry. When wrapped, curved, bent and manipulated, the wire itself can become the structure and foundation of your piece or act as a design detail. Learn which gauge (thickness) of wire is best suited for different wrapping techniques and the tools needed to create a piece of jewelry that is one of a kind.
