Beginner’s Knitting

A knitting class specifically tailored for beginner’s will be held October 19th. Instructors, Sherry and Kim. will covers the basics of casting on (or beginning), knitting, purling, binding off (or ending), yarn selection, and more! There will be a discussion about the different types of yarn, the weights and different uses, and which knitting needles to uses.

This class is perfect for beginner’s or a refresher! Two classes will be held: one in the afternoon and one in the evening. As space and supplies are limited registration is required. Participants must call the Local and Family History room at 918-338-4167 to register. When registering, please let us know which class you would like to attend. The class is free and all supplies are included.
