OSU-Washington County Extension/Washington County Master Gardeners will be presenting a weekly series of programs covering a wide array of gardening topics. These hour-long programs will be Tuesdays starting a 6 pm, and will be held in the Library’s Meeting Room A. These programs are free and will be open to the public to attend.
On August 24, Don Martin will present “General Landscape How To’s.” Martin will discuss the very basics of landscape design, primarily on plant selection and lawn grass, but will also cover planning, do’s and don’ts, his landscaping style, starting and completing the process, his favorite Oklahoma plants and trees. and basic maintenance. His formal training comes from the Master Gardener program, and his background is in Electronics Engineering.
When possible, these programs will be Facebook Live events on the Library’s Facebook page.
