Crafting classes for adults have resumed at Bartlesville Public Library! These free classes allow crafters to try different media and techniques. Previous classes have included the art of modern hand lettering, sewing tote bags, and making bath bombs, wreaths and jewelry. Both beginners and experienced crafters are welcome to come and learn in a relaxed and fun environment!
If you are an avid crafter or enjoy DIY, you should know about the Cricut Maker. The Cricut is a cutting machine that helps make your crafting projects a breeze. Learn how to use the Cricut Maker and all of the possibilities using Cricut Design Space. Local “Cricuteer” Rebecca Whisman will provide an overview and demonstration. When you become familiar with the machine you may want to schedule some time in the Library’s Creative Corner, where a Cricut Maker and supplies are always available for patron use.
This class is offered twice on Tuesday, July 27, at 2 pm – 4 pm and repeated again at 6 pm – 8pm, and will be held in Meeting Room C.
Registration is required as class size is limited. Please call the Local and Family History desk at 918-338-4167 to register.
