Each #lifehacks class features a cooking basics segment, taught by Tri County Tech Chefs Tara Burkhead and Seth Day, and an adulting basics segment, which addresses how to accomplish an everyday task that adults commonly face. These classes are geared for 16-23 year olds.
September’s #lifehacks cooking segment will be about cooking hacks that great cooks know and tips that elevate flavor. Burkhead and Day will specifically focus on making soups.
The adulting basics segment will be Voting 101. Yvonne House from the Washington County Election Board will talk about how to register to vote in Oklahoma.
The class will take place on Thursday, September 24 starting at 4 pm.
The cooking segment will begin at 4 pm and the voting segment will begin at 4:30 pm. Both can be viewed on Facebook Live from the Library’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/bvillelibrary
