Pound is a full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. Pound uses lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising. It is designed for all fitness levels.
If the weather is nice, Pound will be held at Unity Square. On extreme hot or cold days or if weather is inclement, Pound will be held in Meeting Room A @ BPL. Always check BPL social media for any class location change.
This class is free and open to the public. Bring water, mat, and drumsticks (if you have some). A limited number of drumsticks will be available at the class. Drumsticks can also be checked out from BPL.
**Consult with a physician before attending any fitness class.** All first-time participants must sign a participant waiver.
