Come roll out and let your worries “flow.” Foam Roll & Stretch helps relieve muscle tension, improves mobility and flexibility, reduces the risk of injury, improves blood flow, and relieves stress.
Equipment (exercise mat, foam roller, and ball) provided. Please bring your water bottle. This class is free and open to the public. It is held once a week: Tuesdays (September – December) and on Mondays (January – May) at 5:15 pm in Meeting Room A at the Bartlesville Public Library.
