Tai Chi will help improve your balance and wellness.
For the month of March, we’re adding Tai Chi w/ Bee on Mondays at 9 am in Meeting Room A. Tai Chi will continue to be held on Wednesdays at 9 am, as well.
*Please note, if you bring your infant or toddler to a fitness class, we ask that you please bring a playpen and that the child remains in the playpen during class for the safety of the child and the participants.
**Consult with a physician before attending any fitness class.** All first-time participants must sign a participant waiver.
