CHEERFIT STRONG w/ Macie will be held on Tuesday, August 15 and 22, at 6:30 pm. This class is held outside at the Tower Center at Unity Square; however, when the temperature is above 95 degrees, class will be held in Meeting Room A @ BPL. This class is free and open to the public.
Please bring lightweight, handheld dumbells! No prior cheer or dance experience is required and there is no jumping, stunting, or tumbling involved!
