Join us on Thursday at noon for Simple Eats w/ Amanda! Amanda will demonstrate how to make quick pickles out of a variety of in-season veggies like radishes, beets, carrots, and fennel. Then, she will create a Nordic-inspired appetizer board with buttered radishes, whipped cream cheese with herbs, crackers, and smoked fish.
