We hope that you can join us for Simple Eats w/ Amanda on Thursday, October 20 at noon in Meeting Room A at BPL! Amanda will be demonstrating some money-saving ideas to use a whole chicken three ways! First, she will discuss how to roast a chicken. Next, she will show us how to use the bones from the roast chicken to make chicken stock! Lastly, she will use the chicken stock in a demonstration of how to make butternut risotto! If you attend in person, you can even taste a sample of the risotto!
