Jason Hall, MS, CMES will discuss many ways to stay active that don’t require a gym membership or expensive equipment. Jason will discuss atypical exercise resources, tips on the types of equipment to consider while keeping the overall cost down, ways to exercise at home or outdoors as well as leisure/recreation opportunities.
